Why do I see a different price than the one advertised?

The price you see may differ from the advertised price due to the addition of local Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in your location. Our platform automatically detects your geographic location and applies the local VAT rate to the price. If you are purchasing as a company, you may be eligible to pay the VAT 0 price, which is the advertised price. To access this, please select the 'Add a business tax ID' option on the checkout page and enter your company name and tax ID number. This will adjust the price to exclude VAT.

I have a discount coupon. How do I use it?

To use your discount coupon, go to the checkout page. In the order summary, under the course's name, you'll find a field labeled 'Add Coupon Code'. Enter your coupon code there, and the discount will be applied to your purchase. Make sure to refresh the page if your VAT is not recalculated for the discounted price.

Why are there only a limited number of seats available?

Our priority is quality over quantity. Think about Tech Enthusiast Academy as a school — it always starts at a specific time and there is a maximum number of enrolments. This ensures that the teacher has reasonable time to attend to each student. It also allows to improve the school and curriculum based on feedback from previous students before the next enrolment period begins. While we'd love to offer this course to everyone who needs it simultaneously, our current approach ensures that we can provide each enrolled student with a high-quality learning experience and timely support.

What happens if the course is sold out? When can I buy it next?

To be the first to find out when a course becomes available, please subscribe to the Tech Enthusiast newsletter here.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you store my payment details?

Can I buy as a company?

Yes! To purchase as a company and benefit from the VAT 0 price, please select the 'Add a business tax ID' option on the checkout page, and then enter your company name and tax ID number. This allows you to be charged with the VAT 0 price.

How do you calculate VAT?

Our platform automatically identifies your geographic location and applies the appropriate local VAT rate to the price. If you are a resident of a different country from your current location at the time of purchase, the VAT will update at checkout once you provide your address. If you are purchasing as a company, you may be eligible to pay the VAT 0 price. To access this, please select the 'Add a business tax ID' option on the checkout page and enter your company name and tax ID number. This will adjust the price to exclude VAT.
